We are seeking a dynamic and innovative IT Executive to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's information technology infrastructure, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.

• Lead and manage the IT department, overseeing daily operations and long-term strategic planning
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to enhance efficiency and security
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide innovative solutions
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Report on IT performance metrics and project status to senior management

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing large-scale IT projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus
