• Run the daily breakfast operation with precision, warmth, and flair

• Lead daily briefings, energising and motivating the team

• Manage reservations and floor plans to ensure smooth guest flow

• Support the Restaurant Manager with stock control, ordering, and team training

• Ensure breakfast service opens and closes securely and professionally

• Minimum 3 years’ restaurant experience, ideally in breakfast service

• A natural host who anticipates guest needs before they’re spoken

• Someone who brings their authentic self to work
