-Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
-Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
-Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
-Comply with health and safety regulations, guidelines and procedures
-Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve quality.
-Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflict
-Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus 
• Passion for coffee and tea, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation.
