Job Description

  •  Efficiency, and assist in budget and financial tracking.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, coordinate with teams and vendors for seamless event execution.
  •  Assist in overseeing event setup and ensure equipment and furnishings are in excellent condition.
  • Maintain high customer service standards, promptly address and resolve complaints, and analyze feedback for service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in venue management or similar roles.·  Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software necessary.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices preferred.
