About the Role

Based in our outbound sales office in Auckland, Accor Plus is looking for an Assistant Program Manager ready to develop and grow our team of Loyalty Sales Consultants.

This is a full-time position where you will develop, coach, mentor and motivate our outbound sales team, to sell the Accor Plus Membership, to recent guests of our hotels. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, along with the support of a dedicated recruiter, we'll help you build the dream team! More specifically, you will:

  • Monitor the sales team’s individual & team performance against KPIs and develop coaching plans, to help drive sales  
  • Assist the Program Manager in the development of recruitment, training & retention strategy, to achieve the budgeted headcount and ensure the team is performing
  • Conduct individual & group training/coaching with the sales team
  • Provide support to the Program Manager and able to step up and relieve the Program Manager, as required
  • Work between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, from our Auckland office

About You

Our ideal candidate would be a natural sales professional with a passion for coaching and development. To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in coaching team members to achieve sales performance
  • Previous experience leading training
  • A willingness to learn or previous experience developing weekly reports, as well as analysing performance/sales data

Other advantageous (but not mandatory) attributes include outbound or call centre experience, team leadership, as well as exposure to the hospitality or loyalty subscription industry.
