Assistant Night Manager

Swissôtel Sydney is a premium five-star hotel situated in the vibrant center of Sydney’s business, retail, and entertainment district.

As part of Accor’s Premium brands, Swissôtel Sydney is seeking for a Full Time Assistant Night Manager to join our overnight team.

The Role

• Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out

• Look after overall safety and security of the hotel during night shift

• Manage the night audit process using Ariel Robotic system

• Support the night manager and Front Office Leadership team in driving hotel targets

• Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner 

What we are looking for

• A natural ability to authentically connect with people

• Excellent time management skills

• Previous Front Office experience is desirable

• Previous experience with Opera Cloud is favourable

• Exceptional communication skills

• Can work graveyard hours 11pm to 7am, 5 nights/week (full time, 38 hrs/week)

• Valid NSW RSA

• Candidates to have Full time work right in Australia
