Key tasks

Based in Amsterdam at the Accor Netherlands headquarters, we are looking for a Marketing Management Trainee who will assist the Benelux Brand Management Team for Eco & Midscale hotels. The Marketing department of Accor operates based on expertise. As brand, product and quality are closely linked, the main purpose of this internship is to liaise all expertise together.

• Together with the Brand Manager you will support the roll-out and implementation of new projects, take care of the hotel network animation, work on internal communication, and ensure that (international) brand rules are correctly being implemented by the hotels.
• Together with the Product & Service Manager, you support the implementation of new projects related to pricing, distribution and creation.
• Together with the PR & Communication Manager you will assist in PR activities, press requests, influencer campaigns and more.

What are your main duties?
• Support with the roll-out of new products and / or service for economy and midscale brands
• Support the opening of new hotels within the Accor network
• Ensure that all stakeholders (hotels, partners and colleagues) are aware of the activities of the marketing department
• Support with the creation of (in-hotel) communication and campaigns.
• Support hotels in converting guest feedback into concrete hotel action plans and follow-up
• Community management, regular updates on Accor’ intranet and social media platforms
• Recognize, analyse and resolve recurring challenges regarding guest experience in the Benelux hotels (improve online reputation)
