Key tasks

Responsible to supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in office administration and operation of the F&B Service Department. Give direction and control all activities relating to the Food & Beverage Department, ensure the hotel meets its financial and guest satisfaction objectives. F&B Manager is responsible to create and coordinate trainings or anything related to employee development programs.
