We are looking for a Vice President Operations Management (VPOM) for AccorHotels in Central Europe!

The VPOM is accountable and responsible for pursuing outstanding quality of operations and high performance of about 30 hotels (midscale and economy hotels) within the
Southern region of Germany. You are based at the Head Office in Munich and report to the Senior Vice President Operations (SVPO). As VPOM you represent AccorHotels and ensure proper execution of the management contract signed with our partner AccorInvest in respect of our group values, strategy, brands strengths, policies and processes.

Your activities:
You manage the relationship with the Asset Managers and General Managers of the hotels on a day to day basis. By being a strong leader you coach the General Managers in their daily operations in order for them to perform at the highest level possible. Thinking outside the box comes natural to you, which comes in handy in your task to initiate new actions to improve the performance of the hotels.

Results are everything to you! In your reviews with the General Managers on one hand, and the AccorInvest Asset Manager on the other hand, you follow up on KPI’s such as: Topline, RevPAR index, distribution, loyalty, segmentation, quality, margin, drop through, productivity. You identify and propose the capex needs and you advise on renovation projects to AccorInvest. Guests will have a wonderful experience since you aim to develop high guest satisfaction continuously.
