Then you are the person we are looking for to join our Revenue Management team!

Key tasks

- Define and implement the hotel topline & distribution strategy in cooperation with the hotel management and the regional revenue management team
- Support the hotels in the perimeter according to contracted service agreements with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Have ownership of revenue management and pricing tools. Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel turnover.
- Participate in development of revenue management and pricing methods and processes to drive commercial development goals
- Ensure that the “RM Culture” is spread in the hotel and in other Accor departments
- Pro-actively seeks knowledge of industry developments and use it to enhance their skill set

- Deal with data and statistics coming from different sources (PMS, TARS, RMS, Excel shared tools, market and distribution data files)
- Requires a mix of analytical and communication skills on a daily basis
- Need to balance between a high number of stakeholders with different needs
