Essential and optional requirements

- 8 -10 years of relevant working experience preferable in a finance function (hotel business or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to -various reporting systems and an understanding of how these tie in to the business.
- System knowledge (Good understanding of Pivot tables, Access, OLAP-, Datacubes, Visual basic applications)
- Very good analytical skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects that will significantly impact the business up-to and including working with senior leadership on major company projects
- Demonstrated ability to work across levels within the organization
- Strong coodination skills
- Good understanding of the business needs
- Strong IT skills

Key tasks

- Review hotel results for Premium & Midscale Hotels on a monthly basis, high level by Country, City, or by responsibility
- Coordination and review of Forecasts of hotels within the scope
- Monthly reviews of and analyzes of hotel results
- Coordination review and approval of budgtes for all managment hotels in the scope
- Coordination and review of all kind of activities, like contingency plans where applicalbe
- Support the Director FP&A for development requests, reveiws/creation of business plans and their follow up
- Support the Director FP&A and Operation for all owner related issues
- Follow up of unpaid owner fees and other invoices - strong follow up of outstanding invoices
- Update and uses tools for reporting and analysis prurposes as established in Accor
- Ensure all finace related systems functions as needed for hotels within the scope
- Ensure in close collaboration with Director FP&A all finance related systesm function as needed for the hotels within scope
