Essential and optional requirements

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of work experience in a quantitative business environment

3+ years Data analysis experience with Digital / Web Analytics (Google Analytics), BI , Microstrategy, Power BI, ect.

Familiarity with Media Mix Modeling and all media channels including display, mobile, search, TV, etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT

Key tasks

Support the Customer Touch Points team and drive the digital distribution of our hotels via AccorHotels.com and the brand websites

Evaluate customer journey across multiple channels and customer touch points

An in-house consultant to optimize digital media campaigns related to the customer database to increase the conversion and ROI

Analyze performance of campaigns and marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements

Analyze and validate complex and dynamic information from a diverse range of sources and formulate strategic implications and recommendations

Work independently to provide for data transformation, solving problems, and end-to-end user support needs

Closely work with project managers and actively communicate business risks and opportunities with them
