Key tasks

The responsibility of the position includes;

1. To design and implement an effective sales plan and promotional activities for the MICE market.
2. To analyze the product and menus of competitive operations.
3. To be proactive within organizations and meetings outside the hotel with the purpose of increasing business levels.
4. Source new potential business and handle established clients. Follow up each call with an action.
5. To keep an accurate record of all sales call report, to be completed weekly and passed on to the F&B Manager/ DOSM.
6. To maintain and use Client history files in the Breeze Database Systems.
7. Ensure all inquiries are responded within 24 hours
8. Implement a system to answer quotations / proposals forwarded to the clients are followed up to maximize conversion rate
