Essential and optional requirements

Profil recherché : 

  • Issu(e) d’une formation en Ressources Humaines et doté(e) d’une expérience de 4 à 5 ans en Paie/Administration du personnel dans l’Hôtellerie de luxe, vous connaissez la convention collective HCR.

  • Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’écoute, sens de l’accueil, du contact et du dialogue.

  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, méthode, autonomie.

  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel de la confidentialité des informations.

  • Vous maîtrisez le pack Office (impératif).

  • La connaissance d’Alicia/SDWORX et OCTIME serait un plus.

  • La maîtrise de l’anglais (lu, écrit, parlé) serait fortement appréciée.
