Key tasks

Within the Global Development team your missions are:

Personal Assistant 50%:
Assists the SVP Corporate Development Leaders
Replaces Chief Development Officer’s Executive Personal Assistant when on holidays/off
Typical missions: • calls & mails • agenda: internal & external RDV handling • trips planning
• “to do list” handling
• ASPEN accounting system handling • Administrative handling of team presence, holidays and travels & expenses
• meetings, seminars, forums & conventions set up • interface between Group teams and divisions
• Other ponctual administrative files

Marketing assistant 50%:
Alongside with the Development Marketing and EPA & Events Coordinator:
Handles logistics & executes Hotel Investment Conferences Sponsorships & Partner Events Prepares ppt presentations & research (use of photo library, WeMax library, marketing FTP etc.)
Typical missions:
• bids for stand builders and event planners/places
• Hotel Investment Conferences agenda and guidelines follow up
• stand design & event logistics - execution & delivery
• brochures & goodies - sourcing & delivery
• presentations: flagships, openings, signings, Group & brand factsheets, pitches
