Key tasks

Job purpose

• Run the TELDAR TRAVEL business (leisure & corporate travel through travel agencies) within Gekko Group
• Deliver international growth in line with budget objective

Main accountabilities

• Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with Gekko short-term and long-term objectives
• Lead, energize and grow Teldar teams (France & Europe), building a robust management team and developing a result-driven, engaged and collaborative mindset
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction and grow the TELDAR brand on each market
• Propose high-quality investment decisions, innovative business agreements to achieve profitable growth or defend our positions
• Implement a clear governance driving control and results with Teldar teams and with other internal stakeholders
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
• Build trust relations with key partners and clients
• Manage ~40 staff
• Report directly to GEKKO group CEO
