Essential and optional requirements

• Desired candidate should have a minimum of 2 - 3 year experience in similar role in Hospitality industry
• Must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Should possess a strong character with a harmonious attitude to lead a multi-cultural team to reach the set goals of the department.
• The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a passion for service quality and excellence.
• Outgoing, creative and eager to share the HEARTIST philosophy and AccorHotels values with guests and associates.
• Must have licenses 3,5 and 6

Key tasks

Main Task and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for welcoming and transporting guests to and from the hotel.
• Take care of vehicle assigned and report to the Bell Captain and Front Office Manager
• Wash car and fills up petrol regularly and report to the Bell Captain
• Enter in the logbook all trip’s made: departure time, mileage, time of return, purpose of trip etc…
• Follow strictly the procedure concerning GSM
• Liaise with the Bell Captain for all work details
• Work in co-operation with all other departments in the hotel
• Take part in internal training sessions and any training courses related to the day-to-day work
• Report any accident involving hotel’s car to the FOM
• Project a good image of the hotel by the way you keep up the car, your appearance and attitude
• May be assigned to work on Weekends and Public Holidays due to operation requirements
• May be assigned to carry out jobs for hotel as well as customers
• Observe traffic rules and regulations
• Assist in loading and unloading baggage to and from the vehicles
• To be fully aware and conversant of ISO 14001 policies and procedures and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor
