Essential and optional requirements

Knowledge & Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of UX design experience
• Expert in standard UX software (Sketch, OmniGraffle)
• Expert in retrieving and interpreting user date and a strong knowledge of how this data informs design decisions
• Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skill is a plus
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Strong portfolio with focus on entire project process and ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Key tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
• This role will be based in Gourmet Plus, reporting to the Head of UX/Product
• Responsible for creating the UX & Design for the new F&B related digital product
• Create and maintain visual design elements across web and applications
• Lead UX research across multiple markets
• Design wireframes, user stories & journeys, mock-ups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices/interfaces
• Develop and maintain design systems (style tiles, pattern libraries and responsive guides)
• Take a user-centred approach and rapidly test and iterate
• Work closely with the front end development team to ensure consistency of deign from conception to release
• Proactively follow the latest design and technology trends
