Key tasks

 To assist the Laundry Manager to plan, organize, and execute the daily operations of the Laundry Department.
 Assign and review the work of the laundry team engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging and delivering.
 Assist the Laundry Manager to plan and ensure to implement preventive maintenance for all the laundry equipments.
 Ensure to assist the Laundry Manager to plan and budget the revenues and costs for the Laundry department.
 Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies.
 Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
 Develop and maintain effective relationships with all service providers.
 Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
