Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record in Human Resources especially in hotel chains.
- Well organized and highly motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Excellent English & Thai written and verbal communication skills.


NOTE : Successful candidate will be contracted with and based at Movenpick Resort Khao Yai - Thailand

Key tasks

- Implement guidelines, policies and procedures in compliance with Accor & Movenpick direction.
- Develop recruitment, selection strategies and mobility process.
- Encourage talent development of employees to achieve their goal and reach their highest potential.
- Support operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Measure employees satisfaction through surveys, round tables, and one-on-one.
- Evaluate changes and trends in market compensation and propose recommendations.
- Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations, and labor regulations.
