Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum three years experience in hotel industry or similar field, with successful records and references.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Collaborative spirit, with strong entrepreneurial skills.
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively and positively.
- Leadership, learning & development management capability.
- Successful pre-opening records is a plus

Key tasks

- Assist the General Manger with pre-opening activities such as creation of organisation charts, planning of manning / recruitment / training & other Talent related activities.
- Analyze the hotel manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection and development activities to meet requirements. For pre-opening period, in charge of sourcing, selecting and recruiting employees.
- Guarantee constantly the application of hotel policies and procedures as well as local and government regulations, regarding all Talent & Culture, general affairs and labor issues.
- Be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Talent & Culture activities. Internally and externally.
- Work in close relation with Accor Vietnam regional office on different corporate projects and ensure that they are implemented.
