Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Promote, live and demonstrate Company Values
• Manage the property’s full-cycle recruitment initiative including collaboration with Department Leaders and Senior Managers regarding hiring needs; managing the Talent Acquisition System; creating and managing additional marketing materials for newspaper ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, internal job boards, etc.; hosting on-sight and regional job fair events; creatively sourcing talent from internal and external sources; pre-screening all candidates following Company standards; providing support throughout the multi-step interview process; initiating and managing the background screening process; scheduling and conducting the new hire onboarding process
• Strategically manage the Talent & Culture operation in areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits management, workers compensation, and daily administrative tasks
• Assess, initiate, and manage strategies and programming specifically aligned with colleague engagement, colleague wellness, and colleague recognition
• Collaborate with Department Leaders and Senior Managers to strategize colleague development while promoting opportunities for growth
• Provide Talent & Culture insight and support for various colleague committees
• Creatively promote and celebrate positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun
• Influence and support an environment that allows for ongoing feedback and coaching to bridge gaps for better performance
• Support Department Leaders and Senior Managers with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified from Colleague feedback
• Assess, develop, coordinate, conduct and track Company and brand-specific orientation programs and training programs
• Maintain and regularly audit Talent & Culture compliance to Accor standards, and State and Federal Laws
• Assist and support with staff events
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
