Hôtel Perle D'Orient Cat Ba, Vietnam Being one of the largest island in Northern Vietnam – Cat Ba island is isolated from the main land with the South facing to ocean of East Sea, North East covered by Ha Long bay and the West facing to Hai Phong city. Half of the rugged, craggy and jungle-clad Cat Ba island is covered by a National Park. Some options of transportation to get to the island from Hanoi city are: Junk boat, Ferry, Speed boat and Hydrofoil.

Hôtel Perle D'Orient Cat Ba, Mgallery Hotel Collection , includes two phases development. The first phase will open with 126 keys on Quarter 2 of 2019. The second phase will include additional 120 keys in 2020. Other facilities include meeting rooms, restaurant, bars, fitness, spa and pool.

Essential and optional requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position, preferably in the luxury setting.

A strong understanding of Vietnam labor and employment law.

Good English skills.

Pre-opening previous experience (especially in recruitment and training)

Key tasks

•Prepare and implement Talent & Culture and Learning & Development budget, guidelines, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate direction and legal requirements.
•Manage the brand integration and learning & development strategy that brings efficiency to the employee performance.
•Manage the hotel activities of recruitment & selection, training, payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employee relations.
•Take the lead in the performance management
•Initiate and implement activities to ensure maximum staff satisfaction and engagement process.
•Be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance.
•Be an example of Brand Standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.
