Key tasks

• Plan & initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization
• To determine effective and productive sales programs
• Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers.
• Update & upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by Novotel Vijayawada Varun.
• Assist the DOS in execution of sales plans and strategies.
• Any matter which may affect the interests of Novotel Vijayawada Varun should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• Ensure to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan
• Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area /segment and also prepare and conduct sales presentations in co ordination with the Sales Manager.
• Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts
• Ensure to provide a courteous and professional service at all times
• Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
