Essential and optional requirements


* Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or any relevant majors

* Minimum 5 years’ experiences in revenue management preferably within 5-star Hotel or Convention Centre

* Strong Financial Acumen, Revenue Management & Analytical skills

* Good knowledge of Asian MICE and market distribution channels

* Confident in written and spoken communication in the English language and culturally adaptable

Key tasks


* Responsible for maximizing the Complex’s revenue by conducting competition analysis, provide accurate market forecast, trend analysis, pricing and sales strategies

* To analyze market trends in revenue generation, identify opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize revenue generation

* Provide Sales & Marketing insight on market information to ensure the team is able to make rational decisions, taking into consideration local requirements and market trends

* Responsible in ensuring Complex details consists of accurate information and sales pricing across all platforms are up to date

* To ensure all daily, weekly and monthly revenue management reports are up to date and completed in accordance to requirements set by the Complex
