Essential and optional requirements

International Degree Holder preferably Hospitality Management.
One (1) year international experience in the same capacity / relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Effective communication and guest relation skills.
Knowledge in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is an advantage.
Amenable to work in shifts including holidays / weekends.
Must be conversant in English

Ensure performance standards for guest service and guest experience.

In-charge of creation of promotions to drive revenue.

Assist in managing and training of staff.
