Key tasks

Assist the Management to interact with guests in the outlets and gauge their satisfaction level.
Assist the Management to review guest feedback on a daily basis, analyse trends and make recommendations to the Management on areas for improvement.
Assist to conduct basic product and brand standard training.
Assist the Managers to supervise the team effectively.
Provide suggestions to promote the outlets and assist to drive the F & B promotions.
Provide operational assistance in all F & B outlets.
