Essential and optional requirements

Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree education is required, preferably in Marketing or Communications, or Hospitality.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Be proficient, after training, in using Adobe Campaign Manager, Content Management System (WISE, Noheto, ABE, Sitecore) to update and animate loyalty activities across Accor web platforms

Key tasks

The Loyalty Coordinator will help in the execution of loyalty marketing actions to achieve sustainable growth for Accor’ loyalty and membership programs, focusing on member communication and engagement across various owned, earned and paid media platforms.

This position is responsible in assisting the dissemination of loyalty program updates and information, assist in generating loyalty reports, manage, update, and enhance, through creative efforts, the Le Club AccorHotels and Accor Plus online communication platforms for the region, and support the Digital Marketing & Loyalty team in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. He/she will serve as a conduit between Accor and the members.
