Essential and optional requirements

1.Open-mindedness, interpersonal skills and sense of initiative.
2.Fluent oral and written English.
3.With training experience, hotel training experience is preferred.
4.College Graduate.
5.Good computer skills.

Key tasks

1.Publish annual and monthly training calendar and ensure maximum attendance though clear communication via liaison with department heads on a regular basis.
2.Develop, source and conduct training courses by calendar. Host customized training or initiatives to meet hotel business requirements.
3.Consolidate generic training and on-job training to maintain and drive to improve training hours per pax base average line.
4.Coordinate Departmental Trainers with activities and coaching session to ensure both personal development and department training effectiveness.
5.In conjunction with department heads, monitor on-job training and other trainings conducted at departments per operating objectives.
