Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in Learning & Development roles, with 2 years in managerial level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good teamwork and able to work effectively and contribute in a team.
- Good logic and reasoning skills.

Key tasks

- Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff.
- Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management.
- Assists department heads in the selection and training of department trainers.
