Demonstrable experience as a HR Business Partner in a commercial environment
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
Advanced organisation skills
Ability to lead projects autonomously
A CIPD qualification (L5 or L7) is desirable
Collaborative approach with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Excellent appetite to learn and develop

Key tasks

This is a unique opportunity to join the central HR team for Accor UK & Ireland as HR Manager Operations & Franchise. In this role, you will act as the HR Business Partner for a portfolio of managed and franchised hotels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as business partner to VP Operations for hotels within your remit
- Taking the lead on all escalated employment relations issues from the hotels
- Advising, managing and conducting TUPEs, restructures and consultation processes, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Supporting hotel openings and closures
- General Manager recruitment
- Leading annual talent reviews with VP Operations ensuring regular and thorough feedback
- Leading annual salary reviews
- Working in collaboration with the wider HR team to provide a suite of solutions to the operations (e.g. Talent Acquisition, L&D etc).
- Create, manage and facilitate HR-related projects
