Key tasks

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• At least 3 years in similar role in a luxury hotel
• Hotel degree required
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Managing a team of 10+ employees
• Excellent English, French is a plus

• Ensure luxury expectations and satisfaction is maintained at all times
• Oversee and direct the Guest Relations team with care and innovation
• Initiate appropriate Storytelling, and implement atmosphere of personalized guest interaction using various tools and benchmarks
• Hands on management with excellent eye for detail
