Essential and optional requirements

- Successful experience as a General Manager within upscale operation in Asia Pacific (previous experience in Vietnam is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation, financial, analytical skills and priority management skills.
- Excellent leadership; being enabling, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

NOTE : Successful candidate will be contracted with and based at Pullman Saigon Centre, Vietnam

Key tasks

- Provide and lead the property’s effective operational and strategic direction within all departments.
- Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the Pullman brand guest service experience are always delivered.
- Lead Talent and Culture (Human Resources) activities including successful talent acquisition, training and development.
- Ensure successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.
