Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience in executive level or 3 years in similar position with experience in economy hotels
- Asia Exposure, cultural adaptability, is a distinct advantage with previous experience in Indonesia ideal
- An entrepreneurial leader with excellent business acumen
- Strong working knowledge of digital and direct sales experience
- Can enable the management team to operate this hotel collaboratively between departments and also with regional office team.

Key tasks

- Manage hotel operation to maximize revenue and profit while minimizing costs.
- Deliver to guests a level of service experience that exceeds their expectation using a Heartist approach.
- Maintain market competitiveness and feedback of positive responses from guests.
- Establish yearly operating budget and business plan, and implement to meet Financial performance expectations.
- Utilize Accor Hotels direct booking channels and systems to ensure hotel maximizes its full potential for distribution.
- Lead the development of future talent especially at HOD and Management/Supervisory level.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with owning company
- Maintain employee engagement through the implementation of active engagement improvement planning.
- Manage and lead the hotel within the scope of Accor Ethics & CSR Charter guidelines and values.
