Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience as General Manager or above Resident Manager – ideally Midscale Brand in Asia Pacific
- Sound knowledge and expertise of AccorHotels’ S&M , RM ,Digital and Distribution tools
- Strong operational background and well rounded experience across all hotel departments with a passion for guest experience and product services
- Exceptional leadership with strong sensibility to local culture and environment
- KOREAN language skill is essential.

Key tasks

- Lead the hotel operations & Day to day activities to meet all NOVOTEL Brand standards.
- Set yearly budget and financial commitments for all teams within each departments P&L.
- Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
- Manage performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers.
- Able to grow and develop people within the network.
- Be an inspiration to talents of the hotel and an example of the AccorHotel’s Values.
