In your role, you will ensure the smooth running of the hotel and all departments according to Adagio brand and service standards.
You will work to ensure the financial success of the hotel, always looking to develop and drive the business forward.
You will achieve high quality standards measured through guest satisfaction.
You will be fully responsible for the hotel talent day to day both in terms of their wellbeing and in terms of ongoing development.
You must have operational management experience and be able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable environment.
You will be an effective communicator, who adheres to both legal/statutory responsibilities and Company Policies and procedures. Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
