What will you be doing as a Front Office Team Leader?
* Looking after the guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us
* Coaching & Training the Team members
* Duty Manager shifts
* Welcoming guests with check in and saying good bye with check outs
* Handling any guest complaints
* Concierge and Reservations inquiries
