Essential and optional requirements

Minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience as Front Office Supervisor or five (5) years experience as Front Office Agent in a luxury hotel.
Effective communication and guest relation skills
Knowledgeable in Opera
Amenable to work in shifting schedules and extended hours

Key tasks

Supervises all the activities of the Front Office Agents and the operation of the Front Office department.

Reports hotel discrepancies in terms of the hotel’s facilities, procedures and problems.

Ensures all cashiering transactions are properly accounted for and aims for a zero outstanding audit report.

Monitors compliance with in-house policies.
