Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum of 7+ years experience in revenue management.
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Expert in RM principles and knowledge of TARS, GDS, and all distribution systems.
- Expertize of RM’s systems - EZRMS, Hotel PMS, supportive tools, price trackers and channel managers.
- Experience in Owners’ relationship would be an asset.

Key tasks

- To drive, challenge and monitor the regional top line performances with a constant focus on optimization.
- To support hotel teams in creation, implementation and assessment of their pricing and distribution strategies.
- Lead the pricing and distribution process for new openings and take overs.
- Create synergies with the other Sales, Marketing and Distribution departments in order to drive the AccorHotels global strategy in the region and to optimize global performances.
- To coach and animate the Revenue Management Community as well as to develop the Revenue Management culture among all teams (Regional and Hotel based).
