Essential and optional requirements

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Master Degree or equivalent is of advantage
• Fluent in English and Korean (other languages are desirable)
• Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goals
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Bottom-line oriented with emphasis on quality guest-service and team-building

Key tasks

• The region and its hotels achieves its financial objectives.
• The region and its hotels exceed their market share growth goal.
• Ensure strong co-ordination and representation of the region hotels with Multi-brands Sales stakeholders.
• The international Sales team and Digital team archives its outbound targets.
