Key tasks

The Cluster Revenue Manager will oversee multiple properties within Malaysia from multi brands, and will be based in our revenue manager Cluster located in Borneo, Malaysia. (Borneo: Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan )

This position is dedicated to a Revenue manager with min 2 years of experience.

Implementing structured process to ensure strong and efficient revenue management service is delivered to the properties

Implementing strategy to maximize the revenue, and ensuring its consistency within the Market (competition and sister hotels).

Ensure that all Accor Revenue Management processes are in place.

Active participation to budget definition and to quarterly business reviews hold by Accor Jakarta Head Office.

The position requires you to communicate regularly with the General Managers and hotels team (especially sales and reservation), in order to implement the right strategy, action on needs periods and optimize high demand periods for all the hotels of your perimeter.

Challenge the sales department by analyzing the contracts performance.

Proposing long-term and short-term strategy, updating planning, quoting groups and alerts teams when market deviates from strategy

Leading the revenue meetings for all properties (conf call or directly on the property)

Performing daily, weekly and monthly analysis

Ensuring accuracy of the data collection at all times

Distribution channels optimization.
