Key tasks

This is a lead revenue management position for a 3 of our prestigious luxury properties, MGallery Bath, MGallery Cheltenham and MGallery Windsor. You will be tasked with delivering all aspects of the revenue strategy for the 3 properties.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have at least two years’ experience in a revenue role and ideally some experience across multi-unit and multi market roles ideally within the Hotel industry. You can be based either of our in hotels and some travel is to be expected. You will be tenacious and hungry for success. You will set and deliver challenging goals for yourself and your teams ensuring delivery of these goals through your understanding of the market, your detailed focus and determination to succeed.

A strong understanding of revenue management systems and business analysis tools are essential as is experience in coaching and development. Strong communication and presentation skills to both teams on property, and senior managers/directors is also required.

The Role:

-Work closely with pricing, strategy and reporting teams to capture insight, analysis and direction to drive top line delivery.
-Working closely with the revenue office's to support the hotel sales strategy.
-Provide clear direction on future rate setting.
-Generate rooms and M&E forecasts and budgets for your cluster hotels.
-Excellent data management.
-Maximise hotel performances against your competitor set.
-Maintain up-to date knowledge of market demand and all main competitors.
