Key tasks

This is a fulltime position and you are responsible to provide exceptional, high-touch service assisting customers with customized travel arrangements, including travel bookings, flight bookings, limousine bookings, fine dining reservation, event planning, research, theatre, sports events and other personal services, beyond in a contact centre type environment. Concierges are able to go above and beyond their duty to provide an exceptional customer experience, embraces change, and thrives in a fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Handling customer requests both on emails and phones
- Accurate and timely handling of all requests from our customers
- Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when handling our customer’ needs
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Updating of customer information for CRM database profiling
- Able to complete multiple tasks
- Able to research and source for information & solutions
- Work schedule adherence will require the ability to do shift work spread over 7 days (5 days out of 7 days)
- no scripts, just your creativity in personalizing the service experience to the client.
