* At least 1 year experience as Senior Sales or in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel environment with the ability to understand global markets that affect the business of the hotel.
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience and track record in a sales management.
* Proof of previous sales success.
* Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills.
* Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve objectives with a team approach.
* Pleasant Personality and good communication skills.
* Excellent English is a must.

Key tasks

*Responsible for Planning, organising, leading and managing the Pullman Luang Prabang’s sales office in Bangkok in the attainment of Accor Key Account, Asia Key Account, National Key Accounts agreed room nights budgeted and budgetary goals in conjunction with the Hotel Sales and Marketing Strategies and Annual Plan.
* Promotes Pullman Luang Prabang to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions to update with the different local markets.
* Develops the synergies between countries.
* To drive leisure & corporate & MICE markets and key strategies.
* Ensure that all sales reports are submitted to DOSM on a timely basis with market share information, monthly budget reconciliation, YTD sales results to goals
* Apply your unit's sales policy to develop and retain the customer portfolios for your area.
* Integrate, train and manage a team of sales representatives.
* Meet with customers: key accounts, difficult sales, training sales reps.
* Initiate specific sales actions in the zone, in line with the global action plan.
* Adjust the sales action plan depending on information provided by operations.
* Analyse and monitor market development: monthly reports, creating new dashboards, budget management...
* You are the key sales contact for the operations teams in Pullman Luang Prabang (Bangkok based).
* You are responsible for reaching or surpassing the sales zone's quantitative targets.
* You ensure that the brands' sales offers are true to word and that standards are applied.
