Key tasks

To manage all aspects of engineering, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property
To ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance are carried out according to the schedules
To maintain chiller circuits, steam system, air handling units, fire fighting facilities and other equipment.
To adhere to all statutory regulations and fire codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures
To ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, counseling and developing of department’s team members.
To ensure that department’s expenses are controlled carefully to work with budgeted guidelines.
