Essential and optional requirements


1. Proficient in Chinese and western cuisine, including food preparation, raw material processing and cooking knowledge.
2. Have knowledge of hotel budget management, be able to weave food and beverage budget.Able to carry out specific activities within the budget.
3. Proficient in marketing skills, good at carrying out marketing activities such as catering products, facilities and scope;Ability to design, arrange and implement sales activities.
4. Have the ability to manage, guide and motivate subordinates and evaluate their work performance, as well as the ability to supervise and carry out staff training in the department.
5. Good at communication and cooperation with other departments, capable of solving problems in finance, personnel, engineering equipment, public health, etc.
6. Have the ability to contact with people related to catering industry, college degree or above, good English conversation ability.

Key tasks


1. Manage the food and beverage department, complete the goals set by the hotel and focus on the work of the department directly in charge.
2. Formulated hotel management policies and management objectives, led the formulation of rules and regulations, service operation standards and workflow of the department in charge, and supervised the implementation.
3. Establish the organizational system of the health and food department, make it reasonable, streamlined and efficient, supervise the implementation of the post responsibility system in charge of the department, and create a department with high efficiency.
4. Assess and evaluate the management personnel of the department in charge.
5. Carry out investigation and research, analyze hotel management and management, and collect industry and market information.
6. Responsible for communicating with government departments and maintaining good cooperative relations, and maintaining good public relations with people from all walks of life.
