Key tasks

1.发布年度和每月培训日历,并定期与部门负责人沟通以确保最高出勤率;
2.开展,整合资源并讲授日历中的培训课程,组织满足酒店需求的定制化培训或活动;
3.整合通识培训和在岗培训,保证平均水准的人均培训时数并不断提高;
4.组织部门培训师的活动和辅导课程,确保个人发展和部门培训的有效性
5.与部门经理保持一致,监控部门开展的在岗培训和其他培训,满足运营需求
