Key tasks

Your job is to: - Recruit employees depending on the site's organisation - Motivate staff, optimising their performance and their level of productivity - Assess the performance of employees - Participate in preparing the budget - Ensure quality of service
orrect and timely placement of internal and external advertisements, Hotel information and announcements
on the notice board.
• Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists
• Organize for newly hire employee the ID card, uniform, locker keys and etc.
• Ensure new employee and Managers awareness of HR Policies and procedures
• Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all of employees and Managers
• Assist DTC/TCM in developing work practices that are in line with OH&S policies
• Assist the superior in the recruitment, induction, training, development
• Maintenance of employee files
• Maintenance and administration of OH&S work place cases, as well as the management of rehabilitation programs
• Data Base Management
• Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Regularly communicates with employee and maintains good relations
• Assists in some part of payroll
• Manage to update the employee status for the registration and withdrawal the Group Health Insurance.
