Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort is a majestic, luxury resort with 276 rooms and suites, each with spacious balconies overlooking the ocean, towering limestone cliffs and lush and tropical gardens. The resort offers authentic cuisine from four restaurants, Maya Restaurant – all-day dining serving the wide selection of international cuisine, White Lotus restaurant – serving the fabulous Thai-Indian cuisine through the region, Ristorante Venezia restaurant - serving gourmet Italian cuisine featuring traditional recipes and a large selection of wines and Koh Poda swim-up pool bar - serving a variety of cocktails and light lunches and three bars, including a swim up bar at our 7,000 m2 pool.

Key tasks

One-Touch Agent reports directly to One-Touch Supervisor/ Front Office Manager.
One-Touch Agent is the "voice of the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort" and the first section that contact with the guest; therefore, the tone of voice, politeness and afford of One-Touch Agent must be outstanding. One-Touch Agent is working in a Call Centre room and responsible for answering all incoming calls quickly and effectively, ensuring that all follow-up job is done correctly.
One-Touch Agent must work multi-skilled in answering the call, ordering food, following up with housekeeping job and communicating with other departments. He/she has to deal with Call Centre issues and be able to follow up Food and Beverage orders or housekeeping requests as for guest satisfaction.
The schedule of the One-Touch Agent will rotate 24 hours a day.
